Sherea Lattimore
Reconnecting. Reminiscing about good times. The feeling of excitement. Discovering new growth and maturity.
Reconnecting opens the door for new opportunities and new possibilities. Sherae Lattimore. It was an honor to reconnect with this beauty after almost 18 years. I am so amazed to see the woman I knew before grow into such a magnificent and empowered human being.
The soft and gentle way she delivers her perspectives carry weight and are thought provoking. The stillness of her demeanor requires and demands respect wherever she goes. It inspires me to see this beautiful woman command such control over her personal space in a way that cannot be ignored.
If I had to describe Sherae in one word, it would be powerful.
She is the founder of Lattimore Consulting where she uses her gift to educate children with autism. Ms. Lattimore is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and has her masters in psychology.
This beauty has a heart to help others and give them hope.
Check out her view of beauty.
Q: WHAT IS YOUR VIEW OF BEAUTY?
To me, beauty is something from within. Beauty is knowing who God created you to be and walking in that. It is knowing what you are capable of and walking comfortable in your own skin because of an ability to walk in who you are. Beauty then shows outward, because things shine within. Ultimate beauty is sharing what is within you with others. Allowing others around you to see what God has put in you.
Q: WHAT ABOUT YOURSELF DO YOU NOT LIKE AND WHAT ABOUT YOURSELF DO YOU LOVE?
One thing I do not like about myself is how hard it is for me to step out of my comfort zone at times. This I’m sure stems from some insecurities. I am an introvert and at times I allow this to hinder me. One thing I love about myself is my heart for special needs children and loving to work with the autism population. I believe God has anointed my hands to work with them. I love this about myself. Because of this my career is very fulfilling.
Q: WHAT ONE THING ARE YOU WORKING ON TO BECOME A BETTER YOU?
I am working on pushing myself outside of my comfort zone, being more open to allowing myself to develop deeper and more meaningful relationships. This is requiring me to get out more, and spend quality time with people in my life. I never liked this about myself, this year I have been doing something about it.
Q: WHO DO YOU ADMIRE MOST IN THIS WORLD (dead or alive, famous or not)? HOW DO THEY INSPIRE YOU?
I admire several people, but the one that stands out the most is my mother. She is probably the most unselfish and giving person I have ever known. If someone is in need she is quick to try and meet that need. This shows in her desire to help with the food drive, help with a family member that is ill, give a financial gift to someone needing it, etc. She does not second think this. She inspires me to look within myself, and want to be a better person when it comes to the needs of others.
Q: WHAT DO YOU ADMIRE MOST ABOUT OTHER WOMEN (physical or not)?
I admire the ability of women to wear many hats! God seems to have given us the ability to be workers, caretakers, counselors to our kids, etc. God has graced us with this ability.
Q: VOICES COME IN MANY FORMS. WHAT DO YOU WANT THE WORLD TO HEAR AND SEE WHEN WITNESSING YOUR BEAUTIFUL VOICES?
I want the world to see my heart for people and children that may not have it so easy. And the fact that one can figure out why God put them on this earth and walk in that!
Sherae Lattimore.
She is gorgeous, she’s radiant, & she’s lovely.
