Anna Bowitz
Anna Bowitz.
Some know her as Ms. Anna. She is a preschool teacher by profession. She also volunteers at her local church supporting preschool and elementary children. Not only does Ms. Anna have a gift with children, she has a gift with connecting with young adults.
From the start of COVID-19 she has led a weekly Zoom meeting for young girls to have a safe space to express themselves through reading, cooking, art, etc. This was also a good time for the young girls to encourage and pray for one another.
Ms. Anna is strong in her faith and she has a heart to give. It could be material, an encouraging word you need, support, or a listening ear. Did I mention she is fun to be around!
Ms. Anna is also gifted with the camera. She is an aspiring photographer agnb_photography who loves capturing special moments for her clients.
Ms. Anna plans on continuing school to further her education in psychology to become a counselor.

Q: WHAT IS BEAUTY TO YOU?
Beauty is a pure heart even through the hard stuff. You can still see good in the bad. Beauty is not just outer appearance, but the kindness of how a person truly is to others and themselves.
Q: WHAT ABOUT YOURSELF DO YOU NOT LIKE? WHAT ABOUT YOURSELF DO YOU LOVE?
Outwardly, I don’t love my stomach or my legs. On the inside I don’t like my insecurities of how I look to others or what they think about me. However, I do love my eyes and my smile. And on the inside, I love the spark of confidence God gives me, compassion, and empathy I have for others.
Q: WHAT ONE THING ARE YOU WORKING ON TO BECOME A BETTER YOU?
I’m focusing on my happiness more, my self worth, and walking more into God’s calling. I truly have done this more for others and have been told by many close friends or family members that I need to do it for myself too.
Q: WHO DO YOU ADMIRE MOST IN THIS WORLD? HOW DO THEY INSPIRE YOU?
I admire my mom. She is beautiful inside and out, smart as a whip, and has achieved so much for how little she had in life. She inspires me by her strength and perseverance to never give up.
Q: WHAT DO YOU ADMIRE MOST ABOUT OTHER WOMEN (physical or not)?
I admire how women can empower other women to be all they can be and more. When one is feeling down, we can lift them up to be stronger.
Q: VOICES COME IN MANY FORMS. WHAT DO YOU WANT THE WORLD TO HEAR AND SEE WHEN WITNESSING YOUR BEAUTIFUL VOICES?
I want the world to hear that each person is stronger than what their mind, what their insecurities and lies are screaming at them. I want the world to know they are loved by someone who sacrificed their life for each of us before He even knew us, that’s Jesus. I want others to see a light when they hear me speak and when they see me walk in a room radiating the love that Jesus has freely given me I know it’s for them too.
