Alaina McPherson
I have known this beautiful girl since she was five years old. When I met her she was wearing glasses, a traditional poofy Sunday dress, and don’t forget those white lace church socks. She was such a cutie! I will say she has grown into a beautiful young lady who knows who she is and has a huge heart. She is one of the sweetest teenagers I know.
Alaina McPherson is a highly intelligent volleyball and basketball player. Alaina defines what loyalty is. Her family and close friends are very important to her, she always makes herself available when in need. I am proud to know this confident young lady. I count it a privilege to be a part of her life and witness who she is becoming.

Q: WHAT IS BEAUTY TO YOU?
Beauty is limitless. It’s boundless characteristics makes you unique and standout. Everyone is beautiful in different ways. Beauty just IS.
Q: WHAT DO YOU NOT LIKE ABOUT YOURSELF? WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOURSELF?
I don’t like my confidence level at the moment. I can be soft spoken and laidback which isn’t great all the time.
I love how I can always see good in people and connect with them. I love my height as well and my smile.
Q: WHAT ONE THING ARE YOU WORKING ON TO BECOME A BETTER YOU?
I am working on being more open minded, being more transparent, and sharing my feelings with the people that I love.
Q: WHO DO YOU ADMIRE MOST IN THIS WORLD (DEAD OR ALIVE, FAMOUS OR NOT)? HOW DO THEY INSPIRED YOU?
One of the main people that has inspired me is a WNBA player named Elena Delle Donne. She has thrived even with the adversities she’s faced. She also has a sibling with special needs, and she proudly is able to take care of her. The connection she has with her sister is beautiful, and it’s similar to me and my brother’s connection. I want to keep working hard so I can provide for him and my family.
Q: WHAT TO YOU ADMIRE MOST ABOUT OTHER WOMEN?
I like how we women can come together and share our creativity. Our differences bring us together which is amazing.
Q: VOICES COME IN MANY FORMS. WHAT DO YOU WANT THE WORLD TO HEAR AND SEE WHEN WITNESSING YOUR BEAUTIFUL VOICE?
I want the world to know that you don’t have to live by any stereotypes. Be yourself and spread joy to those who need it.
