That is the word that comes to mind when thinking of this beauty, Lasheda Grady. Mrs. Grady has a passion for helping people through dance and implementing social work programs throughout her local community. Her time in dance has taken her to places as far as Moscow Russia.
Lasheda is a wife, mother, grandmother, dance instructor, and licensed life coach (Locate Yourself with Lasheda). Mrs. Grady is passionate about mental health and changing mindsets to help individuals make better life choices. One of Lasheda’s life goals and missions is to install hope and uplift people in need.

Q: WHAT IS BEAUTY TO YOU?
In my eyes beauty is love. Beauty is within the heart. It is God’s grace and mercy on our souls. It is the creation that the creator himself has given all of us.
Q: WHAT ABOUT YOURSELF DO YOU NOT LIKE?
I do not like that I can be a person without words. I have delayed responses at times. Also, I do not like that I have been a yes person that could never say no.
Q: WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOURSELF?
What I love about me is I am working on me, to love me for who I am. A person who is full of love, compassion, driven in all aspects of my life, and wants the best for everyone.
Q: WHAT ONE THING ARE YOU WORKING ON TO BECOME A BETTER YOU?
I am working on creating and establishing healthier boundaries with family and co workers.
Q: WHO DO YOU ADMIRE MOST IN THIS WORLD (dead or alive famous or not)? HOW DO THEY INSPIRE YOU?
Michelle Obama. She gives African American women like myself hope and authenticity. Hope that we can become whatever we want to be and still stay ourselves. We do not have to change for corporate America.
Q: WHAT DO YOU ADMIRE MOST ABOUT OTHER WOMEN?
The strength a woman has during childbirth. The pain we endure emotionally and physically on a daily basis.
Q: VOICES COME IN MANY FORMS. WHAT DO YOU WANT THE WORLD TO HEAR AND SEE WHEN WITNESSING YOUR BEAUTIFUL VOICE?
We should all unite and love each other and show our truth to each other. Truly love your neighbor no matter how bad you see them. Every one has their own reality. Never judge anyone.
